Longridge Town face Squires Gate on Boxing Day (Saturday 26th December) away from home in only the club's fourth game of the NWCFL 20/21 season before the turn of the year.

The match will take place at the Brian Addison Stadium with a kick off time, as per other Saturday afternoon fixtures, of 3pm.

The sides meet during the festive period two positions apart at the lower end of the NWCFL Premier division, though Town have five games in hand on the hosts and the majority of the league with postponements a regular occurrence over the past few months.

Longridge will be looking to make amends by the coast on Saturday and return to league action almost two months on from a 4-0 win at home to Barnoldswick in October with a win following a narrow 2-1 defeat to Warrington Rylands last weekend which brought an end to the club's Buildbase FA Vase campaign.

As per the current tier 3 restrictions, home fans are permitted to attend this fixture though away fans, unfortunately, aren't. We therefore urge our supporters not to travel as they are likely to be refused entry.
