After joining The Ridge from Blackpool Wren Rovers in the summer of 2022, Arrowsmith became a key player scoring 9 goals in 36 appearances. The flying winger won the NCWFL player of the month award for February before suffering a season ending ACL injury. Despite this Jack still won the young player of the year award to cap off a great season in which he won 8 player of the match awards, the most in the squad for the 22/23 season.
